Vintage for work

I have always struggled with the styles I like and how to blend them in with work wear for the office. Fortunately with vintage styles from the 40's and 50's it is much easier to incorporate with office wear.
So, in case you are wondering, here are a few vintage items that I have purchased and wear to work on occasion. All of these were purchased from Etsy. You can find fantastic vintage dresses and so forth for great prices if you do a little searching.

My top 10 favorite vintage horror flicks.

Because I am antsy for Halloween, and have a deep love for the horror movie classics, I have made a list of my top ten favorites to get you in the mood for best time of the year :).

Hats, hats and more hats!

I need hats! Little ones, big ones, feathered ones and netted ones. Here are some lovely hat inspirations I found during a vintage hat search :).

Who is your style icon?

Welcome to my new little blog. I hope you enjoy it. I'll start this first post off by asking "Who is your style icon?". We all have one, or a few and here are some of mine :). Much love for Rita Hayworth, Bettie Grable, and of course Marilyn Monroe.
